Does my organization need to purchase IBM mobile licenses as well as EZMaxMobile licenses?

Answer

No. Since your users are already registered and licensed Maximo users, you do not need to purchase any additional IBM mobile-related licenses to use EZMaxMobile 

• For example, if your users currently log into Maximo via a desktop browser using their own credentials, you only need to acquire EZMaxMobile licenses to enable mobile access for those users. 
• No further purchases from IBM are required
